Goldfish - in this case , fantails - kept in a washing up bowl.. With a piece of an oxygen plant whacked in with them.

The water thats being ‘drizzled’ into there crystal clear habitat is poisonous to them no doubt. It has bloody chlorine in it.

And people ask me - Why can’t i buy a fish and put it in a bowl.

Because that bowl:

Only allows them half the space because its round. The surface area at the top is far too small for them to swim properly. So your bowl is a lot smaller than it looks.

Go sit in a box for half hour , see how you feel.

That bowl also does not have a filter. Which means you’re allowing your precious , well looked after fish to swim around,eat and whatever else in its own bodily fluids. Slowly poisoning them.

Go sit in your own urine for a bit , drink it and then piss it all out again - you might aswell wash your hair whilst you’re there.

Also, where’s the air? Oh. It’s above the surface of the water. Where the fish CANT go. Outside the bowl… = A fish that can’t breathe.

Go put a plastic bag over your head for about 5 minutes. See how long it takes before you get so stressed you become ill and pass out. Oh.. Then die?

So yeah.

‘It’s only a goldfish..’

Yeah and that goldfish needs looking after.
